DH younger 17 yo brother fell and hit his head, the doctors are worried he might be paralyzed. Please pray!
Update #1 From my SIL facebook page:
"He is coherent and answering questions. Wiggling toes...Praise God! Father Don came before the ambulance left with him. He rode his bike off the end of brothers truck, face to cement....to give you an idea of what he did. I will update as I know further info. Thank you, thank you for all your prayers. It is so reassuring."
Update #2
We will be visiting him at the hospital tonight, this update is again from my SIL;
"He has a fractured skull and a fracture in the back of his neck....waiting for the neurologist to read MRI/CAT Scan. PLEASE keep those prayers coming....he has a long road ahead of him."
Update #3 (Sat)
Update on Mark's brother Andrew; (from his sister ) "he is off the ventilator, when asked if he wanted the tubes out of his mouth, he gave a thumbs up! He has minimal damage to the spinal cord. PLEASE keep praying for him, he has a long road ahead of him. My parents sincerely appreciate that."

Mark and I were able to visit him last night, and the doctor that came in while we were there seemed very optimistic that he will make a full recovery, but it is going to take time. They still have him sedated while they watch for brain swelling, and he will be wearing a neck brace for a while. But we know that all the prayers are surely helping his amazing recovery!
Update #4 (Sun)
(From his sister) Great news on Andrew.....he sat in chair for 3mins, took a sip of pop, and held my hand ;) We are hopeful he will be moved from critical condition soon. He is responsive, and his face looks better already! Again, we are thankful for all the prayers."

Oh my goodness! I missed this yesterday but I am sure praying now! I'm relieved that these initial signs seem promising and will continue to pray for this young man's recovery.
