Please consider me in your prayers today. The situation in the German Church has me very depressed... Also remember our Bishops who need our prayers for strength and the grace of holy speech. We do have some good Bishops!
For my discernment regarding a friendship with a lutheran woman who is very "protest"ant! This relationship is really beginning to drain me because of the faith differences and attitudes. On the other hand, they live a Christian life and our children really enjoy each other. This is a rare find in my neck of the woods.
I also feel a responsibility because she has NO contacts here in our town otherwise and she does get lonely too!
Thank you. I do read all the prayer requests here but post so rarely. God bless!

Praying for you and these situations. Please don't take this the wrong way but there have been times in life where it has been better to respectfully agree to disagree. Prayer is a powerful thing and friendship is a gift. I have seen changing of heart over time. I had one friend who was Protestant actually an adament protestant who was convinced the Catholic Church was hereitcal only to find out a few years later her whole family converted to Catholicism! Praying!
