Please pray for her. My daugter has decided to take a firm stand on something for which she isn't strictly obliged but for which she is obliged by her own conscience. It is going to cost her quite a bit unless she gets a positive answer from today. Hopefully we'll know by the end of the week. Please keep her in prayer.
Update: Thank you for prayers. Things did not play out the way we had hoped. Our dd sought out spiritual counsel prior to the test results and did see a way to proceed with EMT (this truely was not just looking for a way out, but a long, involved process working with understanding what the church is saying and discerning whether or not proportionate reasons existed) - though still with a heavy heart and much suffering. Those in medical fields need prayers - much that the rest of us can avoid is impossible for them - . I am really struggling - but trying not to disturb whatever peace she has been able to find in this unjust situation. We would love your prayers as we proceed to work at ways to change this in the future. Thank you.
