Hi Ladies,

Would you keep my sister, Kathleen, in your prayers? My mom just called to let me know that she's found a lump in her breast, has had a biopsy, and it doesn't look good. She's 40 years old, newly married for the first time this year, and recently micarried her first baby. She's also a cancer survivor-- she beat Hodgkin's Disease when she was about 25 years old.

Thank you so much for your prayers-- I will keep you posted.

update-- she emailed me a little while ago-- it is cancer. There is still a lot they don't know, so they don't know about treatment yet, so please keep praying that the treatment will be quick and she'll be healed. Thank you !!!

I�m so sorry your dear sister has to go through all of this.....praying that the Blessed Mother wrap Kathleen in Her Mantle and protect her and keep her close with all of her health concerns. Keep us updated!

Thank you all so much for your prayers! She'll get the results from the biopsy on Monday (which will seem like an eternity!) Would you also keep my parents and my brother in law in your prayers as well? Its one thing to go through something like this, but when its someone you love (especially when you've watched them suffer through cancer before), its so difficult.

Praying for your sister and her family and all of your family, Anne. I lost my own mother to ovarian cancer and it is so difficult to watch one you love suffer. The waiting is so hard and the not knowing even worse it seems. We just went through this with my youngest daughter who is 21. Hers turned out to be benign cyst. It was the longest days till we heard that good news. May Our Mother Mary wrap you all in her motherly arms and give you the peace and comfort you so need at this time. I will offer my nightly rosary tonight for you and Kathleen and your families.
