Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Prayers are needed for a fellow homeschool mom who is desiring and has been preparing to be fully initiated into the Catholic Church this Easter Vigil. It is a unique situation and there is an obstacle being put forward that could hinder this from happening, but it should not be insurmountable. There is a workable option available. Please pray for a change of heart for those in the parish who could make the decision. And please also pray for comfort and fortitude for her during this emotional trial she is undergoing with this matter.

And it reminds me to pray for all those throughout the world entering the Church this Easter season. Praise God for his goodness.

I'm praying.

My sister is sponsoring a mother and daughter this year, never been baptized. The mother is not very open, only doing this for her daughter. She could use some prayers, too.

Mary, you are so kind to ask for prayers regarding my situation. You've been a blessing and the nudge I needed not to give up.

Ladies, thank you so much for your prayers. Since Mary posted, I've made more progress than I had made in several months.

Know that your prayers are being heard!

My DH and I need our marriage convalidated before I can be received into the church. Our priest needs my baptismal certificate or two witnesses.

My situation is unique because I was adopted.
My birth mother had me baptized immediately after my birth, then gave me to my mom. When my mom took me home from the hospital, she was given pictures of my baptism, but not the certificate. I don't know why. Maybe because the adoption wasn't complete yet.

Attempting to locate the hospital in Germany has been challenging for me. Last night, I thought I had finally found it, however my mom said the street names don't sound familiar.

My RCIA instructor told me they prefer not to give me a conditional baptism.

The Easter Vigil is so close that I am a little worried. My entrance into the church may not happen at the Easter Vigil, but I am certain it will happen.

Your prayers have given me so comfort. Thank you all.
