Update 9/27 pm: We're heading to the hospital to start induction this evening. Continued prayers for our baby girl's health as well as mine are much appreciated. 
I keep hesitating to post since my emotions ebb and flow so much from morning to night but guess may be it's time I should. I'm not due for about 10 more days but this is the most anxious I have been to complete a pregnancy. It's possible that the heat indexes running from 105 for about 4-5 straight weeks through August and even now running around 95-100 for the past 2-3 weeks have me feeling quite on edge and strained most esp. at day's end. And w/ hubby's new schedule for now he's not usu. home till 8ish so these make for very, very long days.
I have a scheduled induction for 9/28 b/c of previous issues w/ blood pressure and although I've only had a couple of "higher" readings, I could postpone it but there's that fear factor of doing so and ending up w/ all the issues surrounding the BP but then the fear factor of inducing when mom and baby aren't really physically ready which according to my checks, this baby isn't moving anytime soon.
Sooo, in keeping with the thought of SURRENDER from the post about subsequent labors, I have thought about that and it does bring a sense of peace. But then the lady at my husband's work that is due a week after me went into labor today I thought I was going to lose it emotionally so I think I do need some other help in the prayer department.

UPDATE 9/24: Thank you so much for your prayers. I have felt significantly less anxious this entire week. I had my last dr. check-up today and my blood pressure really jumped and there is finally signs of dilation and effacement so I'm moving forward with the induction next Tuesday. I'll actually go in Monday evening but I still hope things happen naturally before then as I'm only being induced 3 days early and with baby # 4, I keep thinking my body should go on its own! 
Anyway, your continued prayers are again generously appreciated.

I am praying mightily, Kathryn!!! You sound exhausted, poor girl!!!! Those heat indexes make me tired just thinking about them, let alone being nine months pregnant and close to delivery....goodness!! God is right there.....in every single moment...and is so pleased with your “yes” in bringing this precious baby into the world. He will carry you through, Kathryn!!
Many and keep us updated, you know how us cyber aunties get!!
