Thank you all for your prayers earlier for dd's housing situation. We just got confirmation that all went through and they even got a "special rate" and are allowed to share a 1 BR. Her grandfather has offered her some help/ backup for some financial quirks of the "system" if she cannot get them resolved so she shouldn't have to take out a loan.

I was able to stay with my dd throughout her test last night and through today - something for which I am so grateful. We are waiting for results but think it may be a clue. We have a few more tests to go, but all are certain that we are not dealing with anything life threatening.

My mom has a reasonable diagnosis (not exactly the simple thing we hoped like a dental problem) but at least there is a starting point now and people working to resolve the pain issues.
