YEA!!! Thank you all so much for your prayers! We've come to an offer that we all agree on!! It looks like this is going to work! Everything depends on the inspection of course but we don't forsee anything going wrong with that. I am so excited! Now we'll be able to move on and beging the search for a new home here!

Thank you Angie! The inspection went well only a minor termite problem and radon to be taken care of. That's in the works and it's looking like the closing will be at the end of October. We're still waiting on confirmation that the buyers mortgage will be accepted.

We're now in the process of looking for a house here in Rhode Island. We're hoping to be in our new house at the beginning of December.

So it's all good! Thank you again for the continued prayers
