My poor brother Joe and his family left Kansas for Maine last week (insert LOTS of tears here!) thinking that they would close on the sale of their Kansas house today. The buyer backed out. Joe is frantic. They can't afford two homes and were sure this was a "done deal." Now he has a mortgage payment to pay here on the 15th, as well as $1000 a month for a tiny duplex in Maine.
Please pray for a buyer quickly. If this drags on it will be just awful for them.
Thanks so much! He's a pretty special brother!
