Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Last week I got the twins test scores back, but we never got dd's. I finally called this morning, and it seems her test is missing--it was never even graded. The woman I spoke with said they'd look for it, but if it isn't found, she'd send out a new test. Dd almost cried when I told her she might have to take it again.

Please pray they find her test!

Thank you!

Oh, dear. I will beg St. Anthony to intercede for you!

Praying it's found quickly. Not fun for your daughter if they don't locate it. Poor thing.

Side note - I always make a photocopy of the scan sheet before I send it in, which I destroy after we get the results. I've never had to use it though - but it is for circumstances such as this.

I normally do that too, but we were running a bit behind schedule this year, and I foolishly sent out the tests before dh had a chance to take them to work to make photocopies. I have learned my lesson and will never skip doing that again!

Praying to St. Anthony.

That's a good suggestion, Mary. Do you do that on standardized tests?

Sigh...they didn't find it. I don't know what could have happened to it, but it's just not there. So they've refunded my money and are overnighting a new test for dd to take. Poor kid, she's not happy about having to retest, but I've promised a special treat to make it up to her. I'll just be glad to get it finished and sent back so I can get her scores and send everything it for end-of-year evaluations.

Thanks for all the prayers though!
