I want to thank you so much for praying for us, you dear ladies. Today my little girl confirmed what I had suspected, but never wanted to believe... that her father had abused her. She whispered it in my ear while I was saying a Hail Mary to know the truth. Now I ask for prayers that he can be kept away from my children completely... this will require a miracle, since he already has 2 lawyers and I know nothing about this.

I am so very sorry to hear that this is true. It is every parent's nightmare. I have no words, but only the offer of fervant prayers for your daughter's safety and healing.

I am so sorry to hear this, too. But at least your prayers to know have been answered and you can work now for healing and try to keep the children from additional harm. We will be praying for you and your daughter and for sanity in the judicial system to keep her safe.

Oops, posted on the wrong thread but just letting you know your family and your precious daughter are in my prayers - will be at a convent all day Friday so there will be lots of time before the Blessed Sacrament to hold up your daughter in prayer. We are so sorry that your family is suffering so.

I am praying for your dd's healing and safety. I also pray for your strength and healing during this most sorrowful and challenging time. May you and your dc rest in the loving arms of the Blessed Mother. ..and I pray that the abuser will speak the truth, as well.

Dear friend, our prayers continue for your daughter, for you, and for all who will bring healing and peace to this heart-breaking situation.
I have been holding this intention close to my heart. My extended family has dealt with the mistreatment of a loved one. I can say from experience that healing can happen, trust can be restored, and God can bring His good through even the most traumatic suffering. Stay close, so very close, to Him who loves and comforts beyond our understanding.
