Dear friends,
Could you please offer a small prayer on my behalf? I'm struggling with perseverance right now. There is much weighing on my heart right now and I have to carry the cross almost completely alone. Please pray I carry my crosses with JOY and not bitter resignation. I am beginning to see the fruits of suffering and part of me wants to joyfully embrace them and the rest of me is screaming RUN! 
I am always praying for all of you and so appreciate all the prayers you have offered for me.

Maddie, I am praying for you. Perseverance is a difficult virtue to cultivate, particularly in our culture. I think it's wonderful that you're seeing your hard work begin to bear fruit!

Praying for you, may you be strengthened and rewarded for your loving perseverence in bearing your cross. May the holy angels and the saints dearest to your heart uphold you in this trial! Sometimes the crosses we bear alone, where no one understands can be so difficult to bear, know we are beside you praying you through this.
