Please join me in prayer for our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI. He has served our beloved Church for so many, many years, always upholding the Magisterium and sharing his wisdom with the faithful via his insightful writings.
This Holy Week, please pray for him. Beg Our Lord to sustain him during this time of public scrutiny and ask the Holy Spirit to reinvigorate the gifts of Confirmation and Holy Orders in him. To be a priest during Holy Week is to give all of oneself for the faithful, and how much more so must that be for our Holy Father?
We are so blessed to live during a time when our Popes, past and present, have been so dedicated to our beloved Church and to the teachings of Christ. I hope you will join me in prayer for our Holy Father during the Triduum and the Easter season.

Absolutely, Nancy! I've been thinking of Our Holy Father a lot lately and he is definitely in my prayers!
