Well, It has finally happened...

The terrible symptoms with my adrenals that I had in my last 4 pregnancies have hit me. I have held it off for so long...it messes with my sleep really bad and my dreams are scary when I have them. I hate being a walking insomniac. Please pray for me that this is just temporary and I get the help I need. I don't show up in tests too well. I have an appointment with a holistic practitioner on Thurs..then they order tests..then I wait for them to come back..and maybe, just maybe, they will be able to help me this time. I hate waiting when I am feeling so awful. Adrenaline is nasty when it is like this. Regardless of the outcome, please pray I have the courage to carry my cross well until August.

Thank you so much for the prayers! I really need them. It is so hard to get my mind around how to deal with all of this AND be a full time mommy. I am hoping and praying that my practitioner can really and truly help me. I hit the 1/2 way mark in my pregnancy this week...gulp. August seems sooo far!

I saw my practitioner on Thurs and she feels like she ought to treat me very gently at first(ie...various vitamins etc), but I don't think she knows how bad the symptoms are. They are getting increasingly worse...the adrenaline is keeping me from sleeping AT ALL last night. I got 3 hours fitful sleep after the sun rose and I am extremely jittery from the adrenaline in my system. I am trying not to lose my focus on God and that is hard to do!   

I know she needs to move to the test taking phase which will take some time. Please pray that she has the wisdom to help me. I show many symptoms of being hypothyroid and adrenal fatigue without a history of testing for it...so it would be hypothyroid type II by our research...please pray for me as this is an awful weekend for this to happen. Who wants to help a sick pregnant woman Easter weekend.
