I need to lose weight for my health. I am using South Beach diet which I like, but I have so little self-control. It doesn't take much to lead me astray and then I feel guilty -- and don't lose any weight.
I know the diet will work if I let it. I just need some help staying on course.

Praying for you, too. I am also trying to lose weight and find that the very thought of "dieting" makes me crazy and wanting to eat everything in sight! I think prayer has got to be the key.

I cheated a some on South Beach. It still works 
Like the author say's, don't beat yourself up, just start over at that moment. Don't quit for the day.
