Our old home, in NC, is still not sold. It has been under contract, since before we left there (it was kind of a "rent to own" set up, plan was, they'd buy it nlt Oct of 09, but financing was taking longer, so we took it on a month-month basis).
STILL has not sold. I am beginning to get  about it. We cannot afford to not have someone in there, renting the thing. CAN NOT. The rent covers the mortgage on it. Cannot afford to hire a management company. Cannot cannot cannot. But want it GONE off of our books. Kwim?
PLEASE, PLEASE pray that we can get this house sold as quickly as possible. The gentleman we have the contract with, is a good and honest man, but he is buying it for investment purposes, and apparently, the hoop jumping is just ridiculous. Since it isn't for his primary residence, and it is for investment...sigh...
PLEASE pray that we can get this sold, one way or another, as quickly as possible.
