I am struggling mightily with discouragement, and I am beginning to suspect some PPD from my miscarriage in December and the recent loss. (maybe just the 'blues' and not PPD, but this is the worst case of the blues I've ever had.) We have a lot on our plates here right now, and things are not going at all according to our own plans - I know God's plan is always best - but I'm struggling nonetheless. Please pray that I can accept our circumstances and that I can get myself on a more even keel. Thanks

Lisa, don't forget to take care of yourself. Good vitamins help. I found that extra B's (b-complex with folic acid) and D3 really really helped me be on a more even keel.. or at least more my normal self  
Really though.. a lot of the time we seem to put taking care of ourselves on the back burner when other things are going on and it just makes it worse.. but when we take care of some of those essential things we are better able to function and deal with everything else.

I understand completely about the discouragement and feeling blue. I feel like I'm just now coming out of it and my last miscarriage was over a year ago. Praying with much empathy.

Prayers Lisa! This is such a difficult time of year when all our blues seem to come at us, ime. I found myself feeling heavy over my mother's death, and that was four years ago! Grieving takes time, and I sometimes wonder if the added losses ever stop adding to the weight, especially during lent. Many hugs and prayers to you!

Lisa, Prayers!
Another suggestion, if I may, besides vitamins: Are you supplementing with Natural Progesterone? I suggest if not the injections, then the OTC creams that are available.
It may help re-regulate things....and help with blues and overall balance. Pro-Gest is the brand I've used. I can get it at my local grocery store. I hope you feel better soon, but be patient, these things take time. It is such a bitter cross for Lent. You are close to Jesus.
