Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We are facing a difficult situation with one of our pets today... she is in surgery this morning, and we may have to make some hard decisions ...

Could you please pray for the best outcome for her, for the doctor doing the surgery and for peace of mind about this all for us? Especially the kids- it's very hard on them.

Thanks so much!

This is always so hard, isn't it? I'm praying for all of you today.

I will be praying for your beloved pet, and your family! My family has been through this too many times before ~ having a pet enriches our lives so very much, but also brings heartache all too soon.

I pray all goes well.

Thank you-

Surgery went well, and now we are waiting for biopsy results.
This came up quickly in a young, healthy pet... threw a monkey wrench into the week. We are hoping for good news- not cancer, but if it is, that the surgery got it all and it does not recur.
