Would you please pray for my friend, Margaret, and her family? They lost every single thing they had in a devastating fire last April and are just starting to rebuild their home, but they meet with major obstacles every time they turn around. Now they have a neighbor who seems to be working against them. She was here for a few hours this afternoon and has the best attitude about it all but, understandably, just wants it all to end. She has 10 children who all want to just go back to having a normal life. Thanks!

Molly,

I will especially pray for your friend and her family. For the last few years, I've been made especially aware of the devastation home fires cause. Several Catholic homeschooling families have found themselves in this position making it more real to me. Please keep us posted.

Hi Molly,

How is Margaret and her family doing? Are they making progress with their new home? I'd like to keep them on the active list until we have a praise report that they have moved in!

I found that St. Barbara is a patron saint for home builders and she also protects against fires.
