Hi everyone. It's me. Yup, actually ME, not JP, not K...ME.
And I owe a large part of it to the prayers upon prayers I got from this group of wonderful people I am so blessed to consider my friends, my family.
I am far from being better, and the process of recovery is going to be a long one and challenging in many ways, but better in others.
BECAUSE...now I can do all my healing from my own bed, in my own home...with my family at my side. Thanks to everyone who helped keep my dh sane during all of this. I am married to one fantastic man I tell you.
And I have definitely found a place I can call 'home' here on the internet. This is it. I don't need anything more than my sisters right here. You have all been wonderful, and I can't ever thank you enough.
I'll leave you with that for this evening. I'm very tired, and need to take some medication and go to bed. But know as you rest your own heads on your pillows tonight that not only were your intentions prayed for while I was in the hospital, but the power of your prayers for my family and myself have resulted in me not needing that traec by the time JP got to the hospital...and permitted me to come home today to begin healing in peace and comfort.
May God bless each of you, as I give Him praise for providing me with an internet family so wonderful and dear to me to replace what is lacking in real life.
I love you all, and send hugs (gentle ones tho, they still hurt) from my home to yours this night.

Thank you all so much for your warm welcome back into the fold. It sure feels great to be home.
It would be much better if the weather were behaving...ice storms and strong winds are making things a little scary. At least I know we are all safe and sound here at home, with no need to travel.
Good thing quilts are plentiful in this house, or it could be cold  . I'm also the fortunate one who sleeps beside a human furnace, so there's no chance of me getting any chills. LOL
Praying for all of your intentions as I head back to bed. God bless and sleep well my friends.
