Its been under a "rent to own" contract since we left NC...but the financing is taking longer than it used to before the market downturn. We *really* need this finished. The buyer is about 1/2 way through the financing process, and we *hope* to have this done before we see Advent...but you all know how that goes.

PLEASE pray that this is done, finished, finalized SOON. Paying two mortgages is not easy (the rent income doesn't cover all of the mortgage on that house), as I know some of you know well from personal experience...
