I just got this note from my dh:

Your prayers are requested for the parents of the girls who attend St. Bernadette School. The parents and three of their daughters were in a car accident on Saturday. The girls are fine, but the parents were killed. They leave four daughters – ages 13, 9, 3 and 18 months. The mother is the sister of a teacher at Bishop Ireton High School.

Prayers are also requested for the repose of the soul of another teacher who taught for several years at St. John Academy. She was found dead in her apartment on Sunday.

May they rest in peace

How absolutely tragic! My heart aches for those girls!   

I will pray for the repose of those three souls, as well as for those girls and for all who will be missing these parents, and with God's grace, trying to pick up the pieces! Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy!
