The 20-week sonogram showed a possible small hole in our baby's heart -- the sonographer said she couldn't even be sure it was there, but she didn't want to let it go in case it was.
The echocardiogram is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday). Could you please keep us in your prayers? Dh can't get out of work, so I'm going by myself, and I'm really trying hard not to worry...

Thank you all so much for the prayers! I know they helped -- I felt almost peaceful all morning. 
Unfortunately, the cardiologist couldn't definitively say whether there is a hole. Their "good" machine broke down this morning, so we had to use their backup equipment.  He did say if there is a hole, it's very small (3 millimeters at the most), and could very well close before she's born. And he said that if she has to be delivered prematurely (w/ my history of pre-eclampsia it's a real possibility), a hole of that size in that location would not be an issue. Whew!
So, I have to go back in two weeks for a definitive diagnosis, at which time I will be begging your prayers again...

Praying for you Wendy. We had the same situation with our last baby. It turned out it was a shadow. My brother, a radiologist, said lots of holes in hearts diagnosed by sonographers...aren't! So that is good for the hoping!!!
