Please pray for a friend of ours who attempted suicide. We have now heard, but not confirmed, that he has passed away. He was a Catholic man who had faced many tremendously difficult crosses in the past year. I pray that he had an opportunity to turn his heart back to God before the end. May God have mercy on his soul.

Thank you all for your prayers. We really appreciate it. I just wanted to let you know that he did indeed pass away the other day after his family removed him from life support. Based on a note left behind and some things I've heard, he was not in his right mind in past months. May God's mercy prevail and may he know peace with God someday.
