Please pray for one of our dear families...the Candlers and LeBlancs.

Their husband, daddy, brother, son, friend was killed in a pipeline explosion yesterday.

I cannot begin to tell you all of the magnitude of this beloved Catholic family in our community. They were a bit younger than Mark and I, but we knew Judy and James (Lee) back in our high school days @ CYO.

Briefly, here is what one friend wrote to me last night that sums them up:

"We went to Jackie and Darrell's last night. Cay, Judy came out the back with the most beautiful smile on her face, crying non-stop tears with a rosary in her hand. That is one amazing family! He was one wonderfully made man."

Please pray for their family. He leaves behind his wife and 3 daughters...the oldest is 13 yrs old.

Cay, praying for this family: for the soul of this wonderful man, and for his wife and children. May God comfort them with His constant Presence. It sounds like maybe people who go to this funeral will be blessed by this family's faith, and challenged to find out for themselves the "secret" of this faith.
