She will be having a cardiac catheterization tomorrow morning to find out why her blood pressure cannot be controlled. Please pray for a successful procedure and continued health for my mom.

I'll be bringing the 6 youngest kids with me to stay with her until sometime on Thursday. It's going to be a difficult visit since she lives in a small townhouse and there is not much for the kids to do. The baby doesn't do well with change and also the night time, but no one else can stay with my mom. I'll update sometime on Thursday.

Thank you so much for your prayers. I'll be offering my morning Rosary for your intentions.

Thanks, Molly. She wants me to spend the night with her, so I need to bring the kids with me. I might leave the 3 older girls with Bernie and just bring the little kids with me.

Ruth, I've been praying but finding it hard to get on here to post with our internet woes of late (I go to town to post my blogging and other things). How did your mother fair? My husband had to undergo this same test last year and hemorrhaged badly from the main artery used for the test, awful so it makes me shudder to think of someone else having it. When it's a mandatory test though, there is reason to have it. I hope doctors got the information they wanted. In my hubby's case they "forgot" to check out the right ventricle (lung issue with blood pressure high) and told him he could get the test done again in the near future. NOT! Oh, but they said they could use a vein in his neck instead. Hugs to you...hoping, praying all went well. Sorry for my sharing, hope it was appropriate. :-)
