Well, it's done ... the house in Colorado (finally!) closed today ... this has been such an uphill battle, fraught with all kinds of oddities ...
but THANKS to you wonderful prayer warriors, the intercessions of Mary, Joseph, Servant of God JPtheGreat (whose birthday is today!), as well as prayers to Maryan's FIL, we have finally closed ...

No kidding ... especially since our realtor told us (we couldn't afford to fly out, so just did all from here) that they came to the table without a cashiers/certified check so the funds were wired while all the papers were signed! Whooooo ... God loves to keep us stressed till the very end!
