Please pray for my son (Nicholas age 13) who will have surgery tomorrow to remove a benign tumor from his arm. They have to clean out the bone do a bone graft and then put in two metal bars. And please say a prayer for his mom ( ) I'm just a little nervous too.

We are praying. It seems like a boy named Nicholas should be celebrating in December not being admitted into the hospital.

Thank you so much for all your prayers. He came through like a trooper. Though when the took him down the hall way to the OR I cried. I guess because of all the stress that is why I came down sick. Don't know what it is (was up all night last night with a croup cough) but I just pray that he and the others don't come down with it. The Children's Hospital was great, we never had to use it until now and I was blown away by it. How great it is to have this wonderful hospital in our backyard everything is for the kids and making sure they are comfortable. Every room is private and a bed for mom, plus our own fridge to store goodies. I thanked God for this place and prayed for all the little ones who have to spend so much time here. It is a heartbreak to think of some many who are so sick. We go back next week for stitches to be removed, and one area that had to be left open to be checked. In the mean time he is so disappointed that it is his writing arm out of commission Like that will stop me from giving him school work . Thanks again for the prayers will keep you posted.
