Please pray for the residents and firefighters in Santa Barbara, CA! My parents live there, but are visiting me right now for my daughter's first communion. their home is not in danger, but many others have lost their homes and even more have been evacuated.

Please pray for the Santa Barbara Mission (St. Barbara's Parish) where my mom works. It is in the evacuation zone, so all the friars are gone. First communion that was scheduled there this weekend was canceled. Not only is the mission an active parish, it has historical significance and is the home of many archives.

I think the SB Botanical Gardens are already gone and the Museum of Natural History is in danger, too.
