Hi all,
The stress of recent months and weeks has seen the return of several self-destructive behaviors on my part. Please pray for strength that I can, I guess, treat myself better? And that the things causing stress will ease up? Thank you so much, my dear friends.

"Self-destructive behaviors"?? Oh Amy!! That is not good at all!! Are you wearing your blessed Sacramentals? Please pray a Saint Michael Prayer everytime you are tempted to hurt yourself. I am worried about you dear Amy! Can your Husband help ease the stress? Praying many Saint Michael prayers for you!!!
