.. in need of more prayers. Our baby measured at 11w4d today and had a strong heartbeat. The umbilical cord appeared healthy and the placenta was attached to the uterine wall.. However... Part of the placenta is on top of the fibroid and I am praying for the placenta to slide down and off of it completely. My Doctor is "thinking" the other three second trimester losses have been due to each baby's placentas attaching to the fibroid. ( really not sure of the reason, since I've passed every test there is, but the Dr's are desperate to secure a reason to the losses in the second trimester.) My Thyroid numbers were in the right range today which is also a good thing and I am thankful for. I've been praying to Zelie and Therese Martin, Padre Pio, and St Gerard for a healthy pregnancy. I appreciate any prayers in advance.
My next appt is on the 17th. I'll be at 13 weeks at this appt. My losses have been at 16, 18, and 14 weeks.

Dear Snowbabiesmom, have you gotten your baby blessed by your Parish Priest yet? I know with mine, that is the first thing I do, well, after sharing the wonderful news with my Husband  The blessing is a HUGE relief for me, knowing God is in control.
