Our wonderful winter weather left our back steps a sheet of ice and I fell off 4 steps onto the driveway today. I have twisted my back and hurt both legs (I sort of landed on my knees somehow) I tried to catch myself with my right arm so I have also hurt my shoulder. I have enough rheumatoid arthritis to make me always ache, but I think I might have some real trouble now--please say a little pray that this won't cause a lot of problems and that if I need to get to the dr. tomorrow, our forecast snowstorm (12 inches here) won't prevent me from getting out.

Oh Joann,
I'm praying for you dear. I can really sympathize - I have PA. The pain from a fall or a simple stubbed toe can be stunning.
