My mom has asked for prayers for a long time family friend, Butch. He had knee replacement surgery several weeks ago. This past Friday he was rushed to the hospital. He has a deadly infection and his lower leg was removed. They still do not have the infection under control. Please pray that they can save his leg and for complete healing. Please also pray for his family and friends who are so very worried. Thank you all very much.

Angie, this is sad news, unfortunately it is not the first case I have heard of, resistant infections are such a worry in these situations.
