Please pray for our little 2 year old dd, who has been hospitalized with dehydration. She's been sick since Wednesday with a stomach virus. She's lost so much weight and is being quite a little trooper despite the circumstances. Please say a prayer that she'll fully recover and start handling liquids and solids, especially once the IV is removed.

UPDATE:
My dd is home! Right after I emailed friends for prayers, my dh called to say that she had taken solids and was retaining them! YEAH! She's home, playing with her siblings and most importantly, smiling! She's weak but she's home. Thank you for your prayers and please continue to pray for her strength and recovery and that her 5 siblings are spared of this nasty virus! God is so good to us. I vowed to never take a child's good health for granted again!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Oh, that's just so hard for a mommy to watch as a little one suffers so. I'm praying for both of you, but truly, I bet that by now she is doing so much better. It's amazing how one feels after a little hydration!
