I was laying on the floor on my back near my bed. My 3yo ds bounced from a sitting position on the bed, onto my abdomen with his feet. He hit a bit left of center (stomach) just below the ribs. I was able to apply arnica right away and ice. After 45 minutes on my back, I was able to sit and eat lunch (I was *really* hungry or I would have waited.) I honestly think I'm fine, but could you please pray that nothing more comes of it...internal damage...while my dh and older boys are still out of town?  thank you! I'm off to take a nap and am praying for your intentions.

Thanks for your prayers and "poor dears," ladies. Your replies make me  . I'm already laughing about this...well, just a little as not to aggravate my belly  . I'm feeling much better, just really bruised so I'm off to bed with peace and tomorrow I'll prepare for my favorite men to return from their trip to Boston  .
