Would all you wonderful ladies please storm heaven that our house in TX will sell? We moved to CT to be closer to family in August, and have been carrying 2 mortgages. We just received an offer, so I would ask you all to please pray that it goes well, according to God's will.
It would be so wonderful to have that house sold soon!!

Praying here, too! In our area of Tx, it's definitely been a buyer's market for a while. I think maybe that's not the case in the larger cities, though.

We've agreed on a price and a closing date of November 18. It's contingent on a home inspection, but we should have it all wrapped up in 4 weeks. Thank you, God!!

Good News! We just closed on the house! It took a couple of weeks longer than we hoped but it's signed, sealed and delivered!
