He'll be seeing a surgeon for his wound tomorrow. My poor little boy is so discouraged. Every time he eats or drinks, it opens up again. Let's pray the surgeon makes the right decision about treatment. I'm still hoping to let it heal on its own.

The GP saw him this morning and he said it has healed, but with some large scar tissue that might have to be removed. Otherwise, he is now able to eat solids. Hurray!!!

The appt for the surgeon has been rescheduled for next Monday because they were not able to get the referral to them by tomorrow. I'll update on Monday.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It seems all I ever do these days is ask for prayers.

Oh, Ruth - I'm so glad you come to us and ask for prayers! You are such a faithful prayer warrior. I do know what you mean though - when it rains, it pours!
