Remember all that great stuff I was saying about teens in the other threads? I take it back!!!

No. Not really. Just for the moment.

I have to be honest, although my teen is mildly excited about college, she is more scared of leaving home than she is excited. And she is very nervous.

When my dd is nervous, she can be a pill. And, let's just say, she is REALLY, REALLY nervous.

I want to make sure these last few weeks home are fun, and family-oriented, and nice.

Her outburst are wearing us out. I know she is nervous and scared, and I am trying to be very understanding. But goodness, her mood swings are driving us crazy.

Could you pray for all of us, please?

Laura, You're all in my prayers.

I get the same way when I'm nervous/scared and my DH is a saint for dealing with me when I'm like that. My parents are similar to me, and never dealt with it well -- I'm grateful that my husband is laid back and loving when I'm off the wall ;)
