Could you please pray for my sister? She has recently been much more vocal in her insistence that she is an atheist. She has the attitude of Christians being "stupid" for their belief, and while she is mostly respectful around my family, I'm really getting tired of her increasing comments about being an atheist.
As with EVERYTHING family-related, there's plenty of backstory that I won't bore anyone with. My father being here for an extended time this summer has just encouraged her (he's a fallen away Catholic who likes to bring up ancient Church history as proof that Catholics are evil)
This is weighing heavily on my heart these days, and I would appreciate a prayer for both of them and their eventual reversion. thanks ;)

Very painful, Melanie. I find it especially hard when, because God has blessed me with faith, I need to be so responsible and careful with how I behave...yet...those without faith feel free often don't. That's why its so nice to have friends who we can come to for encouragement and prayers. I'm *sure* that your witness is incredibly important to your loved ones (they just might not know it yet  .) Hang in there and know you have my prayers.
