Mark's father passed away at 3:35 this morning. Please pray for us today and in the near future.
Mark and I have been up since the nursing home called going through boxes and photo albums to find pictures for the funeral home to put on the computerized slide show.
Yesterday I mentioned how short life is. Looking at all these pictures of life in our family I realize (again) just how short life is.
And what a blessing it is.

Oh, Cay. I know how dear he was to all of you. God rest his soul. I'm asking the Blessed Mother to make sure that you have all the grace and strength you need to love your family well while you all grieve--and you all celebrate Paw Paw's life.

In my experience, PawPaws are incredibly wonderful people. I have a one that I miss very much. I will be praying as you say goodbye to yours for his soul and all of those who love him.
