I'm not a regular poster here, but I know you ladies are always ready to offer prayers. And we need some for our 16 yr. old dd. We have had serious depression, emotional and behavioral problems with her in the past, and it appears we are facing more serious issues. I don't want to betray her privacy so I will leave it at that. Please pray that she will listen to us with an open heart, and that her father and I will find the right words.

I am humbled by the number of prayers. Thank you ladies so very much.

This is a long time problem that won't be solved in one evening, but we needed to discuss with her a particular, potentially dangerous behavior and that went much better than I expected. My dh and I seemed to find the right words, I kept my temper, and our dd was respectful. That is a miracle compared to other discussions. Thank you again.
