Could you please send up a prayer for my appointment with the ob-gyn this afternoon? I have been having a little bit of cramping and have not had any of the usual pregnancy symptoms, so she's planning on doing an ultrasound. I am still very early (6 weeks), but it would be so reassuring if she were able to see a heartbeat.
