In many ways I have felt my family has been under Satan's attack the past few days. My 3 yo has been waking up before 5 AM, which she never does, and she especially needs to be well rested right now with all she has going on medically. My 5 yo today fell down the stairs, from the top, and flipped head over heels. By the grace of God he happened to be wearing his bike helmet at the time. We've had several things break, and dh found glass shards in the bath tub- after the kids got out. Again, by the grace of God, no one was hurt. Even at the library today I got a nasty bruise on my foot from a VHS tape falling off the shelf. I picked it up, put it back, and it fell again, right on my foot again in the same spot!

I am asking for special prayers for protection at this time- St. Michael, be our defense.

Oh, yes! I can certainly see that they are hard at work. I wish I knew all their names, to thank them by name. In the meantime, "St. Michael and all the rest of you" works     The battle rages. Thank you for reminding me that God is good!

I know what you mean, Melinda. There are times when I feel like we are more "on the radar" of little evil spirits that have nothing better to do than to mess with the little details of our life. I think of St. Therese and the dream she had as a child about the two demons who were making mischief and she chased after them to eventually see them as the cowards that they are...scared of a little girl! In addition to praying for protection, we can also use the powerful name of Jesus and pray, "In the name of Jesus, be gone!"
