My oldest and middle daughter have their ballet recital this weekend. My oldest is fine as this is her 3rd. My middle daughter, Emma, is a different story. She loves ballet and taking classes, but it's been a struggle to just get her through the door. Once she's in, she does well. I've been working with her and trying to build her up but I'm worried she's not going to dance. It's not a big deal if she doesn't--I know that.
Oh, and prayers that my family (who can be a bit mean when they think they're being funny) don't tease her unmercifully if she does not dance.

Thank you for your prayers everyone! We've crossed our first hurdle, the dress rehearsal. Emma went with her group with just couple of look backs at me. Then no problem. She danced well and followed directions perfectly. It was such a teary-eyed-what-a-relief moment. Here are some pictures.
