Briefly, in order to update all of you:

After waiting for six weeks, the decision from the Judge was filed last Thursday. The one (and only) sentence? "Petitioner (the father) shall have the minor child from Friday starting at 6pm until Wednesday ending at 6pm."

That's it. Nothing about legal custody, physical custody, education, child support, medical support, etc.

My attorney is convinced that the Judge either (1) mixed up Petitioner and Respondent, or (2) meant to say every other Friday.

Regardless, I have to follow the court order. My attorney contacted the other attorney, who WOULD NOT agree to a "clarification" phone conference with the Judge. Of course not, the order as it stands benefits the father.

My attorney requested the court to order a phone conference to have the court clarify the parenting time ruling and also to discuss the lack of a ruling on education.

The court granted our request, so the other attorney has to participate in the conference call.

The call takes place this Friday at 11:30 am (CST).

PLEASE STORM HEAVEN that the Judge will reissue the order to say every other Friday to Wednesday, and that he will rule ds6 will contine to be homeschooled.

I know I keep asking for prayers, and I know that there are days when I feel like they work, and days when I feel like they don't.

I believe that prayer works.

Please pray with me from now until then.
