I just got a phone call from my attorney.
The decision from the judge reads in part "petitioner (the father) will have (ds6) from Friday night at 6 pm to Wednesday night at 6 pm."
It doesn't say *every other* Friday night, so as of this minute I am only allowed to have my son for 48 hours a week.
He did not make any decisions about child support or legal custody or physical custody, which is what he was supposed to do. My attorney said I should jsut keep on doing what I'm doing, that we will have to bring another motion in order to have the judge explain what he did or to clarify what he did and also to address what he didn't do.
I'm so lost right now - I have been praying and praying and praying - and nothing right happened. No one looked at my son's best interests, no one read the statements from all other people involved, no one even looked at the schedule my son has had up to this point in his 6 years of life. And now he is being ripped out of my arms.
Mary, please help me.

Paula, try to stay calm - we will pray for that! The Judge's ruling does not make sense!!! The motion for clarification will help. What are the father's plans for school? Does the Judge order public school? What are your options for appealling?
You will get through this.
