Could you please offer up a prayer for our new priest? We recently had to switch parishes and found a wonderful priest who has undergone a major transformation regarding how he celebrates the liturgy. He read "Spirit of the Liturgy" by none other then our dear Holy Father and was so inspired to bring his parish in line. What he is doing is absolutely incredible, we are so blessed to have found him and have been swept up by his enthusiasm and love for the Faith. Sadly, some parishioners he has been pastor to for the last 8 years are not pleased with the changes and are leaving the parish. He is very sad but firm in his conviction. He is a dear, dear, holy priest. Please pray for him, our priests are under such attack today.
On a good note, his bishop has asked him to go to New York as the representative of the diocese and celebrate Mass with the Holy Father!!!!

Thank you, thank you all! Father said at Mass on Saturday, "If you see a grey haired priest crying during the Mass with the Holy Father, that'll be me!"  (tears of joy of course!)
