I received an email from my best friend from first grade last night. He has had shoulder pain since 8/2006. The doc never wanted to do anything more than an x-ray.
His grandmother insisted on one. He had it yesterday and they discovered a tumor in his neck. He is in the hospital and is awaiting surgery tomorrow morning.
This young man told his mom last night, "Mom, God doesn't give you more than you can handle." What an amazing attitude on a young man.
