... my dh, who teaches Senior Theology at the diocesan high school, has asked me to give a vocations talk to his students today. Please pray that I present the "happily married, SAHM, hs'ing mom"  in the right light. Pray that the HOly Spirit is with me throughout the talk as we discuss the good the bad and the ugly of my life and the road to sanctity that I'd like to THINK I'm on!

THANKS y'all for the prayers ... I did three sessions and all were pretty well received (altho with 17/18 year olds it can be hard to tell   ).
I do appreciate all the prayers and good thoughts!

... and I forgot to PUBLICLY THANK MaryM for taking my littles all day so I could do the talks -- not only did they come home happy and smiling, MaryM was too!

Mary, though I never got a chance to post, you were in my thoughts and prayers! I *really* dislike speaking "in public" (anyone who listened to my math talk at the 4Real conference probably realizes that!). I'm so glad that it went well.
I become a bigger fan of MaryM everyday. Sending prayers of thanksgiving and blessing to her family as well.
