If anyone remembers this, well it's happened again! Almost 23 months later I managed to take a single step off a front porch and break my ankle. I have what they call a chip fracture. I'm in a walking boot (fortunately I had the option of this versus the hard cast) for the next 4 weeks.
The even stinkier part this time is that my dh is traveling a lot more for work, so I'll be alone with 3 small boys versus 2, and one of them can't get himself up the stairs or out to the car like my youngest at the time 2 years ago was able to do. And now I'm in a new town, in a brand new neighborhood where there are only 6 other families and we don't know them yet and Elizabeth and Mary Chris are 15 hours away.  I know I'm having a pity party, but you're all invited to help me make it a prayer party instead  Any prayers you can spare for this momma in pain would be really appreciated. Know that I keep your prayers in my heart as well.

I had a broken ankle when my 4th baby was 8 months old. I do relate and do sympathize.

I remember that day 23 months ago.
I am sorry we are so far away. We will pray for you. I wish we could do more. I will also pray you have a friendly neighbor that jumps in to help you.
